Guasha massage
Guasha massage is an ancient massage technique from traditional China. This relaxing treatment works on the body’s energy pathways and meridians and is performed partly with my hands and partly with a special gemstone tool. By moving—or ‘scraping’—the gemstone along the meridians and muscles, it creates deep relaxation and improves the flow of energy. Guasha helps open blockages in the meridians and physical body. It is a relaxing yet firm form of massage.

Energy massage
An energy massage is a gentle oil massage that focuses on restoring the natural flow of energy. By combining soft, slow, and soothing touch, the body moves into a state of relaxation and balance. During the session, gentle Reiki energy flows naturally along, supporting the process and activating the body’s self-healing ability in a natural way. Ideal if you prefer a light massage style without intense pressure and feel that a full healing session is still a step too far.
